Notice of Not Renewing

Our Annual and Monthly contracts contain the following provision:

"NON RENEWAL: To terminate this Rental Agreement, Tenant must submit to the Marina the Notice of Intention Not to Renew attached to the Rental Agreement at least ten (10) days prior to date of termination."

As an alternative to written notice, you may use this convenient electronic notice.

Just complete all the information and "send" to us.

A Point Roberts Marina representative will contact you to confirm your information within 24 hours.  If you have do not receive confirmation from us, please re-submit.
