Important Information

(ie:Canadian) in US waters is subject to excise tax payable in the US which can be equivalent to the value of the vessel.
Do not advertise or display any material relating to the sale of a foreign vessel while in the US.
Such action may also be subject to the revocation of Nexus cards.

The State Department of Health has closed all beaches from Sandy Point north to the Canadian border-- including Point Roberts--to the harvest of all species of molluscan shellfish.

NEW CUSTOMS CLEARING HOURS
All vessels must clear between
8am and 8 pm daily - vessels arriving after 8 pm may be required to stay on the Customs dock for the night.

There is direct dial telephone
for checking in with Customs & Border Protection located on the east side of the Customs building available. The pay phone on the main building near the Chandlery is also available for checking in with Customs and it is a free local call.

E10 - 10% Ethanol gasoline is now on the Fuel Dock Valvtech ethanol additives are available
at the Fuel Dock - please ask the Fuel Dock
attendant for assistance.
